How It Works Send us your information Use the form below or email us with your measurements and photos. We prepare a quote. We’ll review your project and send you a price estimate and lead time. 3D drawing / confirmation (for more complex projects) For custom covers and more detailed pieces, we can provide a simple drawing with dimensions for your approval before production. Production & shipping Once approved and paid, your order is put into production. Most custom orders ship within 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity.
What to Include in Your Request To speed things up, please include: Interior dimensions (width × height × depth) What you want to cover thermostat, doorbell chime, router, AC unit, electrical panel, etc. A photo of the wall or device (front view is best) Preferred style or finish natural wood, painted, stained, modern, farmhouse, etc. Your city and country (for shipping estimate) You can send your request. or use our contact form.
Pricing & Lead Times Custom pricing depends on size, design and finish. Most small to medium covers fall within the same range as our standard products, with an additional fee for customization. Typical production time is 2–3 weeks once the design is approved and payment is received. If you have a deadline, please mention it in your first message so we can confirm if it’s possible. Shipping We ship from Montréal, Canada. United States: tracked shipping with customs included on most orders. Canada: tracked shipping with major carriers. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
